Interaction and the way we communicate with consumers are fundamental parts of business success. This is why large and small companies should put a real focus on how to communicate with their consumers, especially today with the new social media movement. The best way to do it is by following this equation: Entertain, Inform, Interact and Convert to sale.
At the moment of entertaining an audience with respect to the information you want to be delivered to the public, it is not necessary to fall into the comic, or absurd entertainment. Being intelligent and clever with respect to what you want to propose or communicate, this makes it entertaining for your audience and more interesting for the public.
Creating content to inform regarding a specific topic should be verifiable and with a large percentage of true content within its publication, to not lose the informative sense and to avoid interposing opinions with respect to this.
The interaction with the public can be one of the effective and efficient ways to get to know your consumer, get data and have feedback, either for a campaign or for a specific time. You'll have to be clever with the topic you want to propose and when creating content for the interaction, or when you create the intention for the interaction.
Most efficient at the time of converting to sale is to have a call to action: call the attention of the people, send them to another page where the access to buy is easier and faster, create access in everything that is necessary, invite consumers to follow in your social networks, invite them to share, like, comment. Interacting with consumers while sharing your experience can be very effective and at the same time you can achieve a conversion to sale.
