Nowadays, business competition is growing constantly, and to change the way we communicate is the best way to stand out from the competition.
For example, on social media, companies will get lots of data about their APP or website, and need to look at the data and check how to communicate with their consumers. If one brand puts ads on the APP, but the social media analytics show that there are only a few people who watch it, the brand could change the way they communicate to the consumer. This could be as simple as not putting ads on their APP's post section, or they could make the ads into a video, and then put the video on the website.
Also, by changing the way they communicate, a company or brand could open up the possibility for more opportunities to connect with the consumer. A good example of this is Amazon. Amazon has over 100 million consumers in the store; they constantly change the way they communicate to their customers, and to prospective customers, which urges these customers to follow Amazon.
Simply changing the way they communicate could improve a company's brand. Branding is one of the most important aspects of marketing, and there is no better way to increase brand equity than with social media. So after you change the way you communicate with consumers, you could attract more prospects to your social media.
