Analyzing your social media feeds can be extremely beneficial and useful in figuring out the opinions, attitudes, and perceptions of your followers or people interested in your company.
Looking back at your past tweets, the tweets you have with the highest amounts of favourites and retweets will tell you what your followers are interested in. Taking the most popular ten and finding the commonalities between them will give you insight into what your audience is interested in.
By also looking at the ten most popular tweets, you can look at the list of who favourited and retweeted your tweet and you can look at their profile (unless they have their account blocked and the company is not following them). By looking at their profile you can gather some information about their personal opinions, you can see other tweets they’ve retweeted, as well as the other tweets they’ve favourited in the past.
