So, social media is successful in getting accurate customer opinions and letting a company know the behaviour of the customer towards their product and services; as well, a company gets to know how much their customer loves or hates their company. Because everything has positive and negative sides, if there are fans, then there are haters too.
A questionnaire is another way for customers to get to know about the product. While filling in a short survey questionnaire, people can indicate what they think about the product.
Nowadays social media is a really useful thing and is the most used item in this world and in the platform of marketing. Today, everybody has their business set up on social sites so that audiences can reach that product or service easily. In this era, people have easy access to any site and can give reviews about any product or service of any company or brand, and this is how a company gets to know what their customers feel about the product they are supplying to the market.
It helps public relation professionals so much, as PR itself means making relationships with the public or customers. Social media has erased that wall of no interaction between company and customer.
As we all can see, we all do reviews on a company’s product. For example, Apple is the company that makes the product that reaches beyond the customer's thinking, and then they sell it and get reviews. This is because they have good and advanced technology. They already know the customer wants something aside from what already exists, as they have reviews on their previous phone models.
